The TEX Industrialised Construction System relates to a building technique known as " on Site Battery Casting".

Precast concrete units are manufactured on the building site from temporary production facility which is economical and fast to establish and which can be designed to suit the construction of almost any type of building; although mainly used for housing.

The TEX Systems consists of 2 different systems depending on the type of structure required

1. THE TEX-FB VERTICAST SYSTEM
This is suitable for two storey housing where large numbers of units are to be constructed on a single site and speed of construction at a low cost is required.

2. THE TEX-FB MULTICAST SYSTEM
This is suitable for single or multi storey housing where residential units are to be constructed on a single site and speed of construction at medium to low cost is required.
